Jose has washed the windows of a number of houses for me over the years. He always does a fantastic job! He is extremely hardworking, prompt, and professional. The service was very good. The worker arrived ahead of schedule, was informative and completed the work in a prompt manner. The price was very reasonable; they beat their competition and added a few touches at no extra charge. What they quoted is what I paid--no attempted upsell. Communication did get a little confusing from here, email and text messages. They could improve in that department. Otherwise, no complaints.Posted on Google

Qingrong Zhang37 days agoWe really enjoyed working with Jose and Brian on this job. From the very start, Jose had a clear communication on quote and services provided. Easy scheduling, follow up and confirmation before the actual window cleaning day. On the day, they showed up on time, assess the work and very flexible to work with us on furnitures and cleaning plan. I work from home and they were accommodating to my meeting schedule to clean the windows in the office. They worked really hard to get the work done even some of the tough to clean ones. My family all loved how clean the windows are now. Thank you so much Jose and Brian. Now I want to bring them back for other projects.Posted on Google

Jose and his teammate did an outstanding job once again! Jose is extremely punctual, responsive, and very respectful both in his communication and while working around our home. Cheryl Breen45 days agoHiring Janitorial Bay Service to clean my home's windows was a first. We've lived in the same house since 1990. My windows have NEVER LOOKED SO GOOD!!! Jose and Brian worked soooo hard here! They cleaned both sides of the windows, cleaned the tracks and scrubbed the screens!!! Jose's communication in setting up and meeting the appointment was great! gina marie m.70 days agoI highly recommend JBS! I contacted them because I needed my warehouse cleaned before moving in. The previous tenant had left behind a large amount of dust, and I had been told by the property owner that power washing was the solution. When Jose came out to inspect the warehouse, he didn't just try to sell me a service. Instead, he explained that power washing could actually damage the sheetrock walls and create water runoff that could affect my neighbor's unit. That advice likely saved me from costly repairs and potential issues with neighboring tenants. Jose took the time to walk me through safer, more effective cleaning options. His honesty, experience, and willingness to help showed that JBS truly cares about doing what's right for their customers. I ended up using them for carpet cleaning after a bad experience with Stanley Steamer. They did a great job, so thorough and cost less than Stanley Steamer. Jose communicated clearly in advance, showed up on time, was lovely to work with, did a wonderful job, and now my house looks spectacular. I didn't realize how dirty my windows had gotten until I saw the difference. I plan to use them annually to keep everything looking great. I worked with Joe to schedule and the team was prompt, they are never late and never cancel last minute like others.. He's a great communicator, which goes a long way. Our house has high gutters and narrow side walkways but it's no issue for this team. They vacuum then flush the gutters and clean up afterwards. Other companies will charge more or aren't even willing to come out due to the narrow walkways. Joe is honest, friendly and does great work. Will continue to hire them.Posted on Yelp
