Jose Cornejo is the original visionary behind Janitorial Bay Service. Prior to operating Janitorial Bay Service (JBS), the Peninsula native gained valuable experience while operating his father Janitorial business, Jose simultaneously attending Solano Community College studying Liberal Arts. Eventually he used his expertise of the janitorial industry to branch out on his own and, in 1994, JBS was born.
